Our Tutors  

We take great pride in the quality of our tutors. We are very selective in our hiring process. We only hire certified teachers and degreed professionals who have significant experience in teaching/tutoring. All of our tutors work in their areas of specialty.  You can be assured that the person working with your student is professional and able to help improve your child's academic performance.

We thoroughly screen all of our tutors to ensure that they not only

possess the subject matter knowledge, but also share our vision of empowering each and every student with independent skills and a love for learning. We require our tutors to obtain training on the most effective tutoring methods and techniques prior to assigning them to students.

In addition, for each prospective tutor, we perform national criminal background checks, including 50 State Sexual Offender/Predator Search.  We also check their credentials, such as college transcripts, certifications, and at least 3 professional references.

We monitor all tutors to make sure they are effectively helping their students meet their educational goals. We also periodically check in with each student's family to ensure their full satisfaction with our program.
