What we do  

Honor Roll In-Home Tutoring provides one-on-one, in-home tutoring to students in grades pre-k to 12. We provide these services to students with a wide range of academic needs.

Our excellent tutors are available to help your child in any subject area or SAT/ACT test preparation. At Honor Roll Tutoring we distinguish ourselves from other tutoring resources by the quality of our tutors and the tutoring methods they employ. We provide you with highly qualified instructors in the comfort of your home, at a time that's convenient for you and your family, and at a reasonable price.  Tutoring sessions may also be scheduled at schools, after school facilities, libraries, or community centers.

Our programs are consistent with the instructional program of the school in which your child is currently enrolled.  We work with your child on his/her existing curriculum rather than confusing them with a different approach to the subject matter.  However, we are not just "Homework Helpers" who concentrate on passing a test or raising a grade now, just to see it fall later. Our focus at Honor Roll is on the student's long-term development. Our ultimate goal is to help your child to become a confident, independent learner; that’s a true life skill that empowers students to overcome any challenge and reach their full potential.

We strongly believe that parents and classroom teachers have a significant amount of influence in shaping the environments in which our students spend most of their time. Therefore, we believe that tutoring efforts have the most lasting impact when other adults in the life of a student are kept involved in the process. If the student or his/her parents do not express any objections, our tutors update their student's classroom teacher on a regular basis. At the end of each tutoring session, our tutors are available to answer any questions parents may have and will communicate the progress of the student with the parent. Our tutors also provide parents and teachers with written progress reports after completion of each five sessions.

We currently serve Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and are planning to expand our service area to Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties in the near future.
